Terms & Conditions

OMR Community Super Singer is a community-based singing contest conducted through the iMerge Buddy App, offering residents a platform to showcase their talent and gain recognition.

Registration is completely free.

📅 Contest Schedule

• Selections: From 23 January 2026

• Grand Finale: 14 April 2026
  📍 Ixora BHS Recreation Club House (Bollineni Hillside community Perumbakkam)

🎶 Categories (No Strict Age Limit)

• Junior Solo (10–16 years – indicative)

• Youth Solo (16–40 years – indicative)

• Senior Solo (40+ years – indicative)

• Group Singing (3–5 members)

Age limits are for grouping only; participation is open to all.

🏆 Participation & Selection

• Registration and video uploads must be done only through the iMerge Buddy App.

• Upload a 2-minute singing video under the OMR Community Contest category and mention your community name.

• Videos cannot be edited or deleted after upload to ensure transparency.

• Selections are based on app votes and judges’ evaluation.

• On-ground selections will be conducted with a minimum of 10 contestants, call 91760 02729 or participants may upload their videos directly on the iMerge Buddy app.

• At least three contestants per community per category will advance to the next round.

• Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals dates will be announced shortly.

• Finals: Top 10 contestants perform live; winners are decided based on combined app votes and judges’ scores.

• People’s Choice Award will be given to the contestant with the highest votes.

📌 Rules & Eligibility

• Open only to residents of participating OMR communities.

• Each participant may register for one solo category and one group category only.

• Songs may be performed in any language.

• Copyrighted tracks, karaoke tracks, or plagiarized content are strictly prohibited.

• Any form of vote manipulation or unfair practice will lead to disqualification.

• Participants must maintain respectful conduct throughout the contest.
